Cannot convert error message

After 7 years and 688 downloaded books I have finally struck a snag with Calibre.
I received an error message" cannot convert Crusaders Cross, locked by DRM"
I would appreciate any comments.

Failed to initialize plugin: 'C:\Users\Col\AppData\Roaming\calibre\plugins\DeDRM.zip

Try reinstalling DeDRM and then restarting calibre before trying to import a book.
