Any help would be appreciated. ePub created from acsm in ADE. ADE is authorized and is on the same system as Calibre.

Never mind: I kept digging and found the suggestion to clear the registry key per https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-editions/kb/activation-errors-adobe-digital-editions.html. That fixed my issue when simply de-authorizing and re-authorizing wasn't able to. Solved!

First I'd try noDRM's DeDRM: https://github.com/noDRM/DeDRM_tools/releases/tag/v10.0.2
