MCP not adding to VS code in Windows

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Go to 'https://github.com/appwrite/mcp-for-docs'
2. Scroll down to 'VS Code'
3. Click on 'Click here to add the Appwrite Docs MCP Server to VSCode'
4. Popup opens 'Add to VS Code'
5. Nothing Happens

👍 Expected behavior

Add Docs mcp to VS Code

👎 Actual Behavior

Nothing Happens, stays in a blank white page: https://apwr.dev/docs-mcp-vscode?ref=appwrite-docs-mcp-github
