"Change to Proposal" messages are confusing/useless

I had a look at the infinite kanban of doom and had no idea where to put this, or if it's already there, so I'll have to let you deal with it.

Econsensus sends me a lot of email that says "Change to Proposal: blah...". It doesn't show me what changed. I can't remember what the original version was to do a line-by-line comparison. It's actually annoying and confusing.

I think this is an anti-feature at the moment, until it can be done properly showing what words were added or removed from the proposal, or what fields changed and how.

I just got a "Comment Change" email which is even worse. And I can't even turn it off, because the "Personal notification page [is] coming soon!"
