Petra cannot be detected in the PetraWalletMobileApp #64

Description
Petra didn't appears on the page opend in the explore of PetraWalletMobileApp.
However, the same page works find on desktop and other wallet app.
Util we disabled the optimiztion of the page on cloudflare. Rocket Loader
Petra appears.
The dependencis:

"@aptos-labs/wallet-adapter-vue": "0.4.0",Suspicion
It could be due to the JS loading and execution sequence.
The mobile app triggered the register event before js execution on page.
We don't want to keep the optimization disabled, and considering that other wallets have not experienced similar issues.
