feat: Make releases public #70
Description
Hello Aptos Petra team.
In my team, we've successfully conducted end-to-end testing using Playwright with Petra wallet. However, we can't target specific versions of the wallet because it's not public. This leads to uncertainty for us, and we would appreciate a way to make releases public with the zip file, making it easier to download.
We don't have this problem with MetaMask and keplr wallet.
