Add predictive bleaching model to Aqualink

It would be really beneficial and interesting to forecast bleaching events and heatwaves. NOAA Coral Reef Watch program has a product that does this. https://coralreefwatch.noaa.gov/satellite/bleachingoutlook_cfs/index.php

For now, it would be great if we could understand if we can pull this data to Aqualink. After that, we can start working on how we can implement it into Aqualink. For example, a new layer in the map and a dashboard card. For now, we should only try to understand if we can pull the data easily.
