See the map/data for a date in the past

It would be interesting to be able to see the world / Aqualink map and site data at a set date that is not today but in the past.
For example, to look back to at coral bleaching events in Australia - https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cvg3pp52m65o

Let's investigate how hard it would be to adapt the Map component first and then the sites page,

I'm submitting PR #1223 which implements a complete solution for viewing historical map and site data. This implementation addresses all the feedback from the previous PR by:

1. Using the daily_data table (not latest_data) which contains the pre-aggregated alert levels
2. Providing a clean UI with a calendar icon button and modal dialog
3. Actually changing marker colors based on historical alert levels
4. Being ready to extend to site detail pages

The key insight was understanding that marker colors are determined by weeklyAlertLevel from the daily_data table, not from raw time series data.
