Refactor e2e (kernel, network) tests

Description

• Follow same design of improve e2e tests reliability, fixes proc and proctree... #4995 and feat(tests): implement core and extended E2E framework #5036.
• Update all related scripts (test triggers etc) to source ./scripts/lib.sh.
• Mock servers for network tests - this can also be expanded to integrations.
