Nice spinner reference cant be resolved in android studio

I have added the dependency and repository but still I am unable to access nice spinner.
Error
Cannot resolve class org.angmarch.views.NiceSpinner

@MAshhal You can use https://github.com/skydoves/PowerSpinner instead.

Same problem here. PowerSpinner is not an option if you want to support API 16.
