After restoring a pg_dump backup, the first request triggers an Internal Server Error (500)

Subsequent requests work fine, but this is definitely something to be avoided if possible.

Also, the current backup restoration procedure causes Oban to display a warning in the console every second, which persists until the server is restarted.
