Think you've found a bug? Awesome! I'd love to hear about it.

First Steps

  • Search to see if the issue has already been reported. You can add additional information to an existing report that may help to resolve the issue.
  • Make sure you are using the latest version of WordPress. SLB only officially supports the latest version of WordPress.
  • Make sure you are using the latest version of SLB as your issue may have already been resolved in an update
  • If you've recently updated SLB, make sure you've cleared your browser's cache completely to load the latest code
  • Confirm that your site is loading the version of jQuery officially supported by WordPress (currently: 1.10.2).
    1. Drag the jQuery Check bookmarklet to your browser's bookmark toolbar.
    2. Open your website and click on the bookmarklet when the site has fully loaded.
    3. If an outdated version of jQuery is being loaded then identify the theme or plugin that is loading it and remove it (see below for instructions).
  • Check for conflicts with the theme or other plugins

Report that Issue

When reporting an issue, please provide the following information to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible:

  • URL of page exhibiting bug
  • Version of SLB installed
  • Other plugins installed
  • Browser(s) with issue (Firefox, Chrome, etc.)

Remember: If you are the first one to report a bug, then the fix is named after you.
