Add option to opt-in for security events during the Azure Event Grid Web API validation #188

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
During the validation of the HTTP request, there is only logging for failing paths. No security logging is available.
What feature would you like to have?
We should consider adding an option to opt-in for security events so these requests are tracked.
Additional context
This is already partly done for the EventGridAuthorizationFilter
