Add tests to continuous delivery (CD) build pipeline

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we don't run the tests on delivery. We should not be able to deploy/publish our functionality when the tests fail.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the tests to the continuous delivery (CD) build pipeline, like the CI build.
