MENU Items and ETSY Store Icon

First let me say THANK YOU for publishing this... Very easy to understand and modify...

Two questions:

1. Can you point me to an ICON for Etsy Store?
2. The Menu Items --
   I would like to point them to other sites instead of bookmarks within the index.html
   I could use the small menu, but they need to be smaller with and be inline...
