Questions about using “Generic Auth” with mesh start

The example describes how to implement generic auth in mesh.config.ts. However, I'm using running the server using the CLI tools via mesh start, and only defining .meshrc.yaml and generating .mesh.

The plugins page mentions how to configure .meshrc.yaml to use @envelop/generic-auth with envelopPlugins.ts.

Is that where all this should be defined? Or is there a different way that this should be setup?

That's all how it should be defined. Mesh will generate all the artifacts for you to run it.
