Add function to vary the GPS update frequency

I would like to ask the developers to add some simple functions:

• A function to vary the GPS update frequency
• A function to disable NMEA sentences and use the UBX protocol
• A function that allows the use of geofences

I noticed that the library is already prepared for this.

Please submit a separate issue for each distinct request. Having multiple requests in the same issue makes it difficult for us to manage and easy for us to lose track of one of them.

We can dedicate this issue exclusively to your first request: "Add function to vary the GPS update frequency". So create a new issue for each of the other two.

for the refresh rate of the gp I solved like this:
