WiFi101OTA and ArduinoOTA merge

This library:
https://github.com/JAndrassy/ArduinoOTA
looks that have same functionality and even more (support ESP32)

I'ts not better to move ArduinoOTA to https://github.com/arduino-libraries and remove/marge this library to it?
