Update all libraries in a profile #3101

Describe the request
It could be useful to have a way to update all the libraries in a profile. For instance, with a command like:
arduino-cli profile lib update
Describe the current behavior
We can update only a single library with profile lib add <library_name>, which will update the library if it already exists.
