Standardize product category names

In technical matters, precision and consistency is essential. Previously, several of the product categories had names
that did not match the standardized product name. Such prominent inconsistency breeds more inconsistency as the
sloppiness is unintentionally spread by those who were mislead by the errors.

The category names are hereby corrected to match the standardized product names. The "Arduino" brand is omitted as
implicit (since these are under the "Official Hardware" parent category) in order to avoid harmful unnecessary
verbosity.
