Library name change request

The functionality of the IP2366 and IP2368 libraries has been merged into a single library within this repository. To maintain consistency and avoid duplication, I request the following changes:

1. Rename the current library to reflect support for both IP2366 and IP2368 chips.
2. Remove the separate IP2366 library from listing (remove IP2366 library #5452), as its functionality is now fully integrated here.

Hi @D-314 . I am confirming your request.

Unlike submissions, this type of request is still handled manually. The Library Manager index maintainer occasionally comes through to clear all the outstanding requests. They will close this issue when it is done. You will get a notification from GitHub at that time.

After that, you can monitor the indexing of the library via its dedicated logs web page.
