Date and time but day is link

I want to add the date and time using hotkey, but so that the date is obtained as a link.
I tried setting the time format as [[YYYY-MM-DD]] - HH:mm
but I get [YYYY-MM-DD] - 14:30
tell me how I can make the required time format.
