Teams notification templates are missing summary

Summary

Currently the teams notification templates are not working, they are missing the summary field.

e.g.

      title: Application {{.app.metadata.name}} has been successfully synced &#1F60D;
      summary: "{{.app.metadata.name}} sync succeeded"

As the documentation state is pretty unclear to me I am not sure to spend the time improving.

Is this moved to the argocd main now? Docu differs hard 😐
