Generate Global RBAC CM from multiple RoleBindings #59

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When defining a global-scoped Role, we can only create one RoleBinding associated with that Role. All other RoleBindings are not rendered into the CM.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should enable creation of multiple RoleBinding CRs associated with the same Role, that should also render into the RBAC CM.
