Log flood on git checkout

Hi,

I am looking at applicationset logs in our cluster and see a lot of :

time="2022-11-30T22:33:17Z" level=info msg=Trace args="[git checkout --force <COMMIT-ID>]" dir=/tmp/git@gitserver.company.com_project_path operation_name="exec git" time_ms=4.0244800000000005

This shows up about 2k times in only 15mins (means about 2 request per second)

It is not creating any errors for our developers/deployments but I wonder if there is a way to reduce this or if this is even an error we can fix.
