Matrix Generator with Multiple Git File Paths Creates Duplicate Applications - Expected Behavior?

When using a Matrix generator that combines a Git file generator (with multiple file paths) and a Cluster generator, I'm getting duplicate applications because each file path creates a separate parameter set. I'd like to clarify if this is the expected behavior and understand the recommended approach for merging multiple config files.
