Ensure archive command echos it's non-archived command in the CLI. #15199
Description
Summary
argo archivecommands should accept workflow name (not just UID) and auto-detect which lookup method to use.- Currently users must use UIDs:
argo archive get a0eebc99-9c0b-4ef8-bb6d-6bb9bd380a11
Want:argo archive get my-workflowto just work.
Use Cases
- Get/delete/resubmit/retry archived workflows by human-readable name instead of copying UUIDs
- Consistent UX with non-archive commands (
argo get my-wfalready works by name)
