Taring --> Tarring ?

Pre-requisites

• I have double-checked my configuration
• I have tested with the :latest image tag (i.e. quay.io/argoproj/workflow-controller:latest) and can confirm the issue still exists on :latest. If not, I have explained why, in detail, in my description below.
• I have searched existing issues and could not find a match for this bug
• I'd like to contribute the fix myself (see contributing guide)

What happened? What did you expect to happen?

I would have thought that the rules in English, as weird as they can be, would suggest that Taring should more properly be Tarring.

One-Syllable Verbs (CVC Pattern):
If a one-syllable verb ends in a Consonant-Vowel-Consonant (CVC) pattern, double the final consonant and add -ing (e.g., stop --> stopping, run --> running).Do not double the final consonant if the word ends in w, x, or y (e.g., fix --> fixing, snow --> snowing).

Sorry, I didn't try it on 'latest' but I do see source code files on the main branch in the repo that have taring
