Bug from install with python 3.12

Bug with python 3.12
Can't install on venv

Version argostranslate 1.9.3

I build a virtual environment with python venv 'translate'.
I launch the virtual environment and update pip
I run the "pip install argostranslate" command
I get an installation error

i obtient the same problem with github clone projet when a install on venv
