Vyper contract throwing on warnings

Came across the following contract that throws when compiling because of warnings. I tried passing the -Wnone flag but it caused an unhandled rejection (?) for some reason. Leaving this for the future

In order to fix this, there are two steps:

• a fix in server, I created this PR to tackle this: Handle vyper compiler warnings in asyncExec function #2291
• unify the parsing of Etherscan API responses: In the verify UI the different process to extract contracts information from Etherscan creates several errors #2290
