Enhance installation script for Mac

This issue track the progress of creating an installation script that simplifies the setup process for my Mac computer. The goal is to automate the installation of essential software, tools, and configurations, making it easier to set up a new Mac
in a single command 🚀

Major categories of work include:

• Add folder documentation 📄
• Clone the dotfile repository and its submodules
• Install all dependencies such as Homebrew 🎸
• Symlink required dotfiles in their correct location respecting the XDG Base Directory specification.
• Clean up old dotfiles 🧹
• Update main README file
• System configuration:
  • On MacOS prompts to set essential privacy + security settings 🔐
  • On MacOS prompts to set the default Terminal.app theme 🎨
  • On MacOs set Fn key to Show Emojis & Symbols
  • On MacOs set F1, F2,..., F12 as default function keys
  • On MacOS if Homebrew is not yet installed, will prompt to install it
  • On MacOS will prompt to install user apps listed in Brewfile, via Homebrew
  • On MacOs exclude Onedrive and Workspace files from "Recents" on Finder
