Installation Instructions

The package is currently lacking instructions for installation. I was able to install from the Julia package manager but this should be outlined in the readme or in the documentation.

Thanks for the heads up Carson, the instructions exist in a file which I forgot to add to the "make docs" instructions during previous refactoring. I'll push a commit in a few minutes addressing this.
