[Driver] Fix a warning

This patch fixes:

  clang/include/clang/Driver/Driver.h:82:3: error: definition of
  implicit copy assignment operator for 'CUIDOptions' is deprecated
  because it has a user-declared copy constructor
  [-Werror,-Wdeprecated-copy]
