[Clang] Remove broken AST dump test for now (#156498)

The name mangling on Mac OS is causing one of the AST dump tests added by #152870 to fail, and it seems that there are some other issues with it; remove it entirely so it stops breaking CI; I’ll add it back in a separate pr after I’ve managed to fix it.
