Automerge: Revert "[AArch64][GlobalISel] Add additional vecreduce.fadd and fadd 0.0 tests. NFC"

This reverts commit 16314eb as the test cases
are failing under EXPENSIVE_CHECKS. Scalar vecreduce.fadd are not valid in
GISel.
