The error seems to come from a Python script that is not part of ATfE. Is it this https://scons.org/ build tool? I do not have experience with it, however the mix of back and forward slashes in the path reported in the error looks very suspicious.

I guess, you need to debug the Python script and probably first thing find out where the path comes form and if there is a way to standardize it for Windows way of handling slashes.
