How to install?

I can't seem to figure out how to install the flamenco server. Poetry couldn't find a requirement named 'Pillar' if that helps. If you can, please consider revising your README to include more clear installation instructions. Thanks!

I think Pillar refers to the Blender-Coud CMS: https://pillarframework.org/ Sadly it is quite unclear how the dependencies are layed out here, and the Flamenco Server installation isn't really documented anywhere (I tried before, and keep looking for changes every now and then).
