Creem.io DNS resolution issues in some regions #15

creem.io doesn't resolve on certain networks while www.creem.io works fine. as a developer this matters because even if you work around the checkout url client-side, the post-payment redirects on Creems end still goes through creem.io, and this breaks the return flow for affected users even when the payment succeeds... Not a good look for applications.
simple fix would be normalizing everything to www.creem.io consistently. tried to contribute via PR but the SDK readme says changes get overwritten on next generation, so raising it here instead.
