Drop down menu isn't working

Hellow, I am new to Github so I am not sure if I am doing my questions correctly; however, I created a website using wp-boostrap v. 3.0 about a year or so ago. For some odd reason my drop down menu isn't working.

Lastnite, I updated WP from v. 3.8.5 to v. 4.1.1. and that's when I discovered the issue. In an attempt to restore the site back to it's functional purpose, I downgraded WP from v. 4.1.1 to v. 3.8.5.

Can anyone help me understand what is wrong or what can I do to resolve the issue.
