Importing Custom fonts in theme

Is there any documentation into importing custom fonts into this theme?

I have a couple fonts from myfonts.com, Is there a best practice on were to place these fonts and inside which folder, library? Also, as with most font libraries the `@import` must be called at the top of the css. Whats the best way to accomplish this?
