Click on the [SN Utils Compare] updates the URL

Hi.

I often rely on the SN Utils Compare feature, but it’s inconvenient that clicking the link alters the current URL. As a result, I have to click the Back button twice to return to my previous page.

Maybe we can update these 2 lines:

SN-Utils/js/monaco/compare.js

Line 6 in 90f33e6

lnk.href = "#";

SN-Utils/js/monaco/compare.js

Line 37 in 90f33e6

lnk.href = "#";

to something like this:

lnk.href = "javascript:void(0)";

What do you think? If you'd like, I can put together a PR.
