Revert tick speed #11
Description
Currently the tick speed is set really high (60 ticks per second, or around 16.7ms between ticks), which for now is fine and makes the main screen appear less stuttery (see #3), but with more clients connected and broadcasting over the internet, this will be a problem. The stock client has a tick speed of 250ms.
