Tags Page not Accesible externally

Hi, I'm having an issue where the tags page is inaccessible from the outside.
When I try to access it, I get redirected to the internal address of the server.

I looked for the version that I'm currently using, but can't find it anywhere.

We're hosting it on our own server with Jekyll.
