accessing `formModel.facilityControl.value` does not trigger refresh

I have two form fields, second one needs to refresh every time first form field updates. Why does not the generated form builder do that for me? I need to wrap my second form field with ReactiveValueListenableBuilder. Is that intended behavior?

Form rebuilds only the control which is changing
