Managing changelog

Hello,

Is there a way to tell artifacthub to use a file CHANGELOG.md instead of using the artifacthub.io/changes annotation ?
All developpers are managing this file and I wouldn't have to tell to everyone to manage twice the changelog for each version.

It links to a Slack conversation where we discussed this in more depth some time ago.

Some users automate the generation of the annotation to make its management easier (you can find one example I saw some time ago here, there are probably more now 🙂).
