Succeeder and Failer nodes not managing RUNNING cases

Concerning the Succeeder and Failer nodes: When reading forcefailure, forcesuccess documentation https://www.behaviortree.dev/docs/nodes-library/DecoratorNode I think you've missed checking and returning the RUNNING state.
