sample_dims as an attribute #113

@kylejcaron proposed the following in #95 which I think is a very good idea, and would play nicer with our converters so instead of using with rc_context... to setting that as an attribute.
Is there a world where sample_dims could become an attribute for arviz datatrees so that anything downstream checks for the attribute first by default?
