Question about summary table in QC report HTML page

Hello.
I am confused about the entries in the summary table in the QC report HTML page (screenshot attached).
Specifically:

1. Why is the "% HQ Unique Mapped" entry above 100%?
2. Is the "% in Loops" a percentage (i.e., ranging from 0-100) or a ratio (i.e. ranging from 0-1)?
