Description
There are two problems with the new page to reorder resources.
Problem #1: The administrator is unable to reorder resources. There are no way to change the order of resources even though there is a Save order button on the screen. How to do it?
Problem #2: I would be nice to have a carriage return between each resource. The current display makes them hard to see. The name of the next resource is just beside the Edit button of the previous one, which confuses the user. In addition, it would be nice to increase the space between the name of the resource and its format. For now, there is only one space, which is not enough.
