Allow wild cards in asdf_schema_skip_tests #9
Description
It would be nice to be able to add wild cards to the asdf_schema_skip_tests when one has a common pattern of things in the asdf_schema_root which the asdf plugin will fail on.
Context, if one removes the SSC schemas from RAD's asdf integration for spacetelescope/rad#672 then most of the SSC schemas cause test failures when the validation test is run by the plugin:
FileNotFoundError: Unable to fetch schema from non-file URL: <Some $ref in the schema to another SSC file>
Right now we have to list each of these failing files individually in the pyproject.toml to avoid these failures.
